Lake Charles, La - A third individual has been arrested in connection with the February 1st murder of Damarcus Ardoin, according to the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Facility.
On March 17, 2023, William D. Dennis, 24 of Lake Charles was announced as an additional suspect in the crime and a warrant was issued for his arrest for second-degree murder with a bond of $250,000 set by Judge Kendrick Guidry.
At this time Dennis is listed as a current inmate in the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Facility, with an arrest date of May 19, 2023.
A few days after the murder, Autoria “Tori” Lachney, 22, of Lake Charles, and Kevin E. Williams, Jr., 23, of Eunice, were arrested. Both face one count of second-degree murder.
At this time, another suspect, Justin J. Ned, 22, of DeQuincy, is still wanted on a charge of principal to second-degree murder. Anyone who is found to be assisting or harboring him will be charged accordingly.
