CLECO's MyAccount online payment feature is back online and is now available to customers, however it is experiencing higher than normal activity. This may mean that you are unable to access the system.

CLECO wants their customers to know they are working to restore full customer access of the system as quickly as possible.

As a possible option, Cleco’s one-time electronic payment service, KUBRA, is available for customers to pay their Cleco utility bill by credit card, debit card or debiting their bank account, or customers may choose to pay by phone by calling 1-888-909-4639. Payments may also be made by visiting a CLECO Customer Service office – an after-hours drop box is connected to building for your convenience, visiting an authorized pay agent or mailing a payment to Cleco Power LLC, P.O. Box 660228, Dallas, TX 75266-0228.

CLECO has stated they will waive late fees incurred on accounts between April 29, 2019 and June 17, 2019 and that there will be no disconnects before June 17.
