On April 30, 2019, Detectives assigned to the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Department Metro Narcotics Division conducted an investigation at 1600 West Medalist in Pineville, LA following complaints of possible narcotics activity there. RPSO is familiar with the address after having made several narcotics related arrests at the residence.

Suspected marijuana and hydrocodone pills were seized during the investigation.

Detectives were able to establish sufficient probable cause for the arrest of Marissa Redd 38 and Leroy Holliday 38.

Redd and Holliday were booked into the Rapides Parish Detection Center on charges of Possession of CDS I with Intent to Distribute, Possession of CDS II, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

Redd was released the following day after posting a $7,000 bond.

Holliday is currently being detained at the detention center in lieu of posting a $7,000 bond and a Parole Violation.

Albert Murray, 34, Pineville, LA was also at the residence, and was issued a criminal citation in reference to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and released.

On May 1, 2019, Metro Narcotics Detectives returned to 1600 West Medalist after receiving information that Tyler Michael Marshall, 24 of Pineville, LA, who was a fugitive with outstanding warrants, was allegedly at the residence.

Marshall was located hiding in a closet, was taken into custody and was booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center on charges of Resisting Arrest and his outstanding arrest warrants.

Marshall is currently being detained at the detention center in lieu of posting a $12,100 bond and a Parole Violation.

While at the residence detectives discovered a small amount of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Tony Franklin Carter II, 29, Sasha Nicole Delaney, 30 and Marrisa Danielle White, all of Pineville,LA were issued criminal citations and released.
