In September 2019, Allen Parish narcotics officers received complaints of suspected drug sales by Randy Horne from a mobile home located at 125 Nursey Road, in Oberlin, LA.

On September 21, 2019, a search warrant was executed and Officers seized approximately 40 grams of crack cocaine and powder cocaine, hydrocodone pills and marijuana from the mobile home.

Randy Lee Horne, 38, was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack and Powder Cocaine, Possession of Hydrocodone, Possession of Marijuana, Criminal Conspiracy, and Child Endangerment.

Albert Miller, 53, of Oberlin, was present when the warrant was executed and was arrested on attempted possession of crack cocaine charges.
