Brandon Coty Bennett, age 34, of Anacoco, was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Damage to Property and one count of Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited dwelling. Bond was set at $8,781.00. Bennett posted bond and was released.

May 31, 2020

Thomas McGlothlin, age 61, of Burr Ferry, was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Trespass. Bond was set at $1,295.00. McGlothlin posted bond and was released.

Dana M. Trammell, age 45, of Burr Ferry, was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Trespass. Trammell was also arrested on a outstanding Bench Warrant. Bond was set at $8,795.00. Trammell posted bond and was released.

June 1, 2020

Connor Moss Kay, age 20, of Burr Ferry, was arrested by Agents with the Vernon Parish Narcotics Task Force. Agents charged Kay with one count of Proper Equipment Required on Vehicles and one count of Flight from an Officer. Bond was set at $2,000.00. Kay posted bond and was released.

June 3, 2020

Warren Todd Black, age 56, of Leesville, was arrested and charged with one count of Driving on a roadway laned for traffic and one count of Operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond was set at $2,900.00. Black posted bond and was released.

June 5, 2020

Ricky Shawn Connally, age 53, of Leesville, was arrested by Agents with the Vernon Parish Narcotics Task Force. Agents charged Connally with one count of Possession of a Schedule I Narcotic (Marijuana), one count of Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic (Methamphetamine), and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Connally was also arrested on an outstanding Probation Bench Warrant with a detainer. Bond was set at $8,122.00. Connally remains in the VPSO jail.

Jeffery Barnard Pearson, age 56, of Leesville, was arrested by Agents with the Vernon Parish Narcotics Task Force. Agents charged Pearson with one count of Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic (Methamphetamine) with the intent to distribute, one count of Possession of Marijuana with the intent to distribute, one count of Distribution of a Schedule II Narcotic (Methamphetamine), and one count of Distribution of Marijuana. Bond was set at $55,000.00. Pearson remains in the VPSO jail.

Cheryl P. Magee, age 51, of Leesville, was arrested by Agents with the Vernon Parish Narcotics Task Force. Agents charged Magee with one count of Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic (Methamphetamine) with the intent to distribute, one count of Possession of Marijuana with the intent to distribute, one count of Distribution of a Schedule II Narcotic (Methamphetamine), and one count of Distribution of Marijuana. Bond was set at $50,000.00. Magee posted bond and was released.

June 6, 2020

Jeremi Jad Fontenot, age 26, of Dequincy, was arrested and charged with one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, one count of Possession of Marijuana, one count of Possession of CDS in the presence of a minor child, and one count of Contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Bond was sest at $7,122.00. Fontenot remains in the VPSO jail.

June 8, 2020

Kimberly Kay Hardin, age 45, of Lumberton, North Carolina, was arrested and charged with one count of Disturbing the Peace - Intoxicated in public, one count of Simple Battery, and one count of Criminal damage to property. Bond was set at $3,443.00. Hardin remains in the VPSO jail.

The following citations were issued by Agents with the Vernon Parish Narcotics Task Force:

Joseph T. Blake Jr., age 41, of Leesville was cited for one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one count of Possession of Marijuana. Blake was issued a court date and must appear before a 30th JDC Judge in relation to the citation.
