Sheriff Sam Craft of the Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office announces recent arrests made by VPSO.

Blake Anthony Mayon, age 35, of Oakdale, was arrested on a Commitment to Await Extradition to Jefferson County Texas. Mayon remains in the VPSO jail awaiting extradition.
William Franklin McCarthy, age 37, of Evans, was arrested and charged with one count of Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle, one count of Criminal Trespass, and one count of Criminal Damage to Property. Bond was set at $ 7576.00. McCarthy remains in the VPSO jail.
Scott Patrick Mueschke, age 61, of Leesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile in relation to harboring an under age runaway. Bond has been set at $ 20,000.00. Mueschke remains in the VPSO jail.

Evelyn Nichole Stracener, age 34, of Leesville, was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant. Bond has not been set and Stracener remains in the VPSO jail.
