BOSSIER CITY, La. - This week, KTBS 3's Jan Elkins surprised a teacher from Bossier High School with a $1,500 check as a part of One Class At A Time.Â
Michelle Doolittle, a virtual teacher, says she will use the money to "create planners and make sure her students can continue to be successful."Â
