Kim, who is not vegan but only eats plant based melas to control her psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, said three out of four children Psalm, three Chicago, five and Saint, seven, eat vegan whereas North, nine, still eats fish.

Portman serves vegan food to her two children with husband Benjamin Millepied: son Aleph, 12, and a six-year-old daughter Amalia, and she is adamant they are not missing out on anything. Ellen – who shares three children with her husband Chris Ivery; daughters Stella Luna, 13, and Sienna May, 9 and son Eli Christopher, six – revealed her entire family have adopted the vegan lifestyle and they love it. She said: “It’s not tricky at all – it’s actually easier because meat you have to cook it before it goes bad. Grains and lentils and rice and beans, everything is in the pantry already.”
